I'm heavily tattooed and travel for tattoos, so based on my experience, Element on Fred/410 is hands down the best shop in town with numerous killer artists who specialize in all styles. Do your research to figure out what style you want and then check out their website and find an artist that matches the style you want. Element always finishes 1st in the Best of SA poll by Current.
