Chat STILLLLLLLL not working for me (not that it ever did)

I've started several threads in this forum on the topic, and searched through them as well. Does the chat feature on this site ever work? Every time I attempt to log in, it tells me "username does not exist," and yet here I am, posting from this username. It doesn't even give me an option to register a new one. What to do?

It could be one of two problems:

Chat is flash based, if you are using an apple device you will need to download a flash ap

More likely it is the accent characters in your name our chat program has some problems with special characters.

send me a PM if you would like to drop the accent indicators in your name.
