You can post where you will be available at so if you're closer to Dallas then its Dallas if your closer to Ft. Worth then Ft. Worth.

To answer your question, you can advertise in both forums as Arlington is in between and you may attract from both cities. Just keep in mind you are only allowed to post to 5 forums in a 7 day period.

As for your signature, it is too long (takes up too much space). I would suggest removing the picture as it is too small to really see anyway; I think that would put you in compliance.
