Not so computer savvy maybe but I cannot find a place to click or type in Independent Provider Reviews page. I was given directions to follow for posting a review, but the start point in the directions was Independent Provider Reviews page. Looked and looked but I don't see a tab or or a place to click or type in or even the words anywhere.

From the home page, click your city.
In that city scroll down to Independent Provider Reviews. Click
Click New Review button at top left.
Please fill in the blanks as completely as possible.
