Any good clean places to get a tattoo in Kansas City or nearby ????

Mercy Seat in downtown KC right next to the KC Star building does great work. Aftershock Tattoo in Olathe is also great, got my latest piece there.

go to jeremy taylor at skinquest.. he is an incredible artist with great prices. he is amazing at portraits.. very life like but is also great at everything else, including coverups.

Couple places in wesport, but I use Dragon Fly in KCK.

My latest one was done by a friend of mine who works at Skin Illustrations in Overland Park.

The important thing is not to focus on the studio alone. The individual artist is what makes the difference. The studio should be clean and have good facilities, but the artist is the one doing the work.

And don't forget to tip, especially if the artist is not the owner.
