"BANNED" provider question?

These are just general questions and are not directed toward any one provider.

When providers are 'banned' and there is no way to establish why, would you, as a client, feel safe seeing a 'banned' provider?
As a provider, would you give a reference to, or accept a reference from a 'banned' provider?

Just one man's opinion here but I don't think I'd care to see a banned provider. Speaking in general terms, if you got banned for violating the rules here, you're probably more trouble than your worth. There are plenty of other drama free ladies here that require attention anyway.

Their are all sorts of reasons why ladies get banned. Sometimes it's just because they may have been talking out of their ass. I would give a reference to a banned provider as I have a few provider friends here be banned for stupid reason. Unless their is speculation that she is working with Le I would still give her a reference.

I would have no problem seeing a provider banned from this site as long as I could still verify/research her through other methods. I have seen people banned for some very silly things and some very legit so unless I know what there offense was it would not be a deciding factor for me.

I think Dallas hit it on the head. In my mind, if I know the provider, I'm not concerned. Any provider I don't know, I would worry about her being banned.
