Suggestions on Quality Provider

I will be in Philly next month on the 23rd.

Any suggestions on a quality lady to reach out to for the evening? Looking for someone fun, intelligent, attractive ( obviously) with a good ROS.

In addition to normal activity, BBBJ and lots of DFK are a must. BBBJTC, CIF, rimming all preferred, but not required.
