guy has a warehouse, muscles, truck with company logo on it, and plenty of space in the warehouse

both of them always wanted to try buying things at auction and selling them
they go to auction, bid on some stuff, she pays, he takes it to warehouse and starts selling it
she use to be in the army and drive big trucks, had license to drive big trucks when she was in the army
she asks him if she can use his truck to move some of her personal stuff, and she would like to put some of it in his warehouse to sell
he says sure, if she will put some gas in the truck, so she stops and puts $162 worth of as in his truck and her helper is signaling to her as she backs out
well she thought he was signaling to keep coming back, but that is not what he meant, he wanted her to stop, so she hits a parked car
she has insurance on her personal vehicle, the guy who owns the truck has insurance on the company truck, the parked car was insured
none of the insurance companies will pay
her insurance company says the truck was not on her policy
the company insuring the truck says she was not listed as a driver
the company that is insured the parked car says she has to pay $6K
they are threatening to have her license taken away if she doesn't

girl gets stuck in intersection during 5 pm traffic, it was flowing when she moved forward and lights were green, even the ones up ahead, but for some reason the traffic slowed and stopped, so she is blocking traffic
someone wants to turn left in front of her, but needs a little more space
girl looks over both shoulders and in all three mirrors
nobody is in the way, so she proceeds to back up very slowly about a foot,
so the impatient brooding lady giving her dirty looks for being in the way can
turn left in front of her
as she is inching back at snails pace her car is hit really really hard from behind by a huge truck that is either crossing the intersection or turning left behind her, she is not sure where he came from
both drivers get out, apologize and agree not to call cops
driver of truck tells girl to call his boss for the insurance information
there is not a scratch on his truck
her vehicle is totaled but still drivable
when she calls the trucking company they truck drivers boss screams that is it her fault and refuses to give out her his insurance information
she files an uninsured motorist claim with her insurance company, but they tell her they cannot help her because she did not call the cops and he claims that he has insurance, so they cannot prove he does not
she goes to three government agencies, finds out the company's business license information, and their insurance company's name
she files a claim
the insurance company calls and says they cannot help her because she does not have his insurance policy number
is there some way to make the insurance company search for policy by the address of the business or name of the business
can they really refuse to pay if you don't have a policy number, all you have is the insurance company number
government said it is a civil matter and she needs to sue
