Can you be arrested for a flat out date?

Well we,or most of us know that some LEs lie to bust people, the thing is is if its right or wrong, the only thing I think they can get you on is sex for money-right? So lets say a provider is strictly hired for a GFE and out to dinner or something, even nude modeling, thats not a crime right?

That what happen with an escort in Arizona. It depends on how the court or the jury interprets these code words in advertisement. Any public offer for sex for pay is criminal.
If sex happens on a paid date, you do have the legal defense of social companionship. I wrote about it in my previous posting. Very unlikely a cop will go on a full date to bust you.
Most guys won't hook up with an escort for companionship or dates. They want to jump into action. Yes, you can make your business to have a strong legal defense of social companionship but most guys won't buy it. There are three appeals court ruling that except social companionship from the prostitution statutes.
You may lose allot of client. You will have to find a niche market for guys who want to hire you for social companionship and have sex as a bonus. This is due to the demand of jumping into action.

If you don't use code words, your business can suffer because guys don't know what they are buying. Most hobbyists are interested in BBBJ with condom vaginal sex. If you don't offer it, your business will suffer.
I am not your typical John. I love raw vagina sex with spermicide cream. I hate Blow J*bs, hand job to completion, or anal s*x. I don’t seek escort services anymore because I am not guaranteed that type of service with escort services. I find this type of sex with waitresses and the girl next door.
The war on sex workers in US put sex workers in a catch-22. Yes, you can do it the more legal route but your business will suffer. If you don’t do the illegal stuff, you lose business. If you do the illegal stuff, then you risk getting busted. Do it and you are dammed. Don’t do it and you are dammed.

I don't think LEO will bust you if you mention on the phone that all you do (Non-sexual services like nude modeling, dating, dinner date, etc.) Never know because nothing is guaranteed. If you show up and verbally solicit or agree to verbal solicitation, they can bust you. If LEO laid money on the table and you take off your clothes for sex, they can bust you.
If you going to do nude modeling, then you need to be clear about it before the appointment or before you take off your clothes. If you don’t say anything and take off your clothes, they got you.

I just don't get the premise of the question. If a lady is hired as GFE, that for 99% means sex for hire. Sex is expected when hiring a girl who offers GFE. If you are hiring a girl for a non-sex date, then it becomes WE-- Wife Experience My point is that both man and woman know GFE means sex. If your question is about a lady who only offers time together without anything of a sexual nature, then there is no money for sex. I'd be careful though b/c even if she nude models and you jack off, it could be considered a sex for money thing.

As for the social companionship angle, I doubt LE would set up a sting that would take 1 to 2 hours before something naughty may or may not happen. Although, I could see where a make cop would wait out a 2 hour real date (dinner, companionship, etc) and wait it out for the girl to make a move.
It is legal for an escort to have sex with the client. It is illegal for the client to lay the money down and jump into sex. Cowboys 4 Angels allows their male escorts to have sex with their female clients. They don’t allow their male escort to accept extra money for sex. They already state on their website that it is legal.

There must be real dating to use the social companionship defense (dinner date, walk in the park, museum visits, etc.) You can have sex with a construction worker or a secretary at work. That is not prostitution even you pay them. So it is legal to pay an escort for a date and have sex with them when there is companionship services rendered.

The agreement for sex for sale must be specific. The appeals courts already exempt social companionship from the prostitutions statutes in some states. Not sure if all the states have it. But these appeals court cases can be used in any courts in the US.

You cannot use the social companionship defense in a massage parlor because it is a business.

If you go on a date with the client and sex happens, it is personal preference between consenting adults on the condition that you don’t charge extra for sex, there is a real date, and you don't guarantee the sex act. If you start quoting price, the social companionship defense becomes weaker.

If you scare, just point the cases out to your clients. If there is an undercover cop, it will blow their minds. They are not going to mess with a case that can lead to a legal challenge. (no guarantee) Most cops don't understand the law. They just follow procedures. The DA understands more of the laws than the cops because they went to law school.

Just because there is a state law on prostitution, it doesn't mean it applies to all circumstances. If it applies in all cases and the law is absolute, married couples and mistress will be arrested for prostitution. The courts already state that the prostitution laws are to target prostitution business and public nuisance. Dating a client and having sex with a client in private doesn't create a public nuisance.

If an escort offers specific sex session where clients come for sex acts, then it creates an opportunity where hobbyist come in and out of a neighborhood. This could anger neighbors because it exposes the neighborhood to crime, disturb the peace, and lower property values. Then the act is considered to be a public nuisance.

The legal system doesn't criminalize loving someone for money. It is not illegal for a young lady to date a old gentleman based only on his wealth or get paid by the gentleman.

If you think laws are absolute, think again. If the laws were absolute, cops can be arrested for practicing law without a license. That means all cops will have to go to law school, pass the bar, and be licensed attorneys to be a police officer. Since the laws are not absolute, this is the reason for cops are allow to do police work without a law license.
