Victoria steak house?

I’ll be in Victoria later today and tomorrow and am wondering what that steakhouse was called that was on the top floor of that downtown building or if it’s still around?
It was really nice and had a great bar!

The place I was thinking of was in Victoria but I have been to Republic as well years ago! I did like the vibe and remember the food being yummy!
