Des Moines vs Quad Cities

Good Afternoon Gentlemen & Women. Did my First Visit To DM about a couple of Mths ago but did not get to go to The Famous Quad.. Anywho I plan On Coming Back Next Week To DM The Food Was To Die For and I enjoyed The Air there along with the Very Generous People.... So Maybe I Should Stop In The Quad? Where should I Eat Or See While There? Any Info Would Be Well Appreciated..
