My closest call was figuring out that my date was my neighbor (as in same building). She was much more of the UTR sort/only do this part time & I would still like to bang the $hit out of her but it made for a little too close for comfort....

Thankfully, I haven't had this experience yet...it may be part of the charm. However, the ladies' charms come first. The risk is only a minor factor.

A long long time ago when I started out with an agency, I saw a really good looking guy who was alot of fun. I saw him quite a few times. It wasn't until a couple of years later that I found out he was the brother of a friend of mine (I have only known her since she was married so she has a different surname). I think actually he thought he was more worried than me (not so) needless to say neither of us said a thing.

Keeping in touch with ladies who have left the business to go do other things has almost burned me a coupla times....

Since I'm not originally from here, I need not worry too much about seeing anyone I "know".

I was working on the east coast and a friend came to meet me for lunch. He was from out of town and was there on business. As we were standing there deciding on a place to go eat a very nice looking lady walked by...she was as red as a tomato. She had been in several meetings with me so I knew her, but I didn't KNOW her. At lunch my friend mentioned that he had met up with her a couple times when he was in town and let me know what she did.

I completely resisted the urge to see if she would see me.

I passed by her several times at work but never mentioned anything. Don't know if it would have put her at ease had I let her know her secret was safe with me.

I once met with a provider and had a very good time, even went back again. Then about six months later at a wedding of a close friend of my SO met her again as the sister of the groom. We both recognized each other but pretended to have just met.
