i have tried it a few times, never been able to get a hands free orgasm but it does feel good and it generates lots of precum. You need a machine and electrodes to do this, I have a TENS unit from my doctor that works and got the electodes from happystim. They have lots of info on it at their site

It IS POSSIBLE just have to have the right electrodes in the correct order. If you are really feeling adventurous a Venus 2000 and Estim combination is the perfect mix of pain and pleasure ; )
