Plain common sense would make it seem this is the correct thing to do.

If only more measures were as short, sweet, and to the point as this one. Generally speaking I feel equality means the same opportunity for all but in this case it makes sense to allow a female to compete with men but not the other way around.

I can't believe he would even have to sign such a Bill. It really shows that there is a large swath of the population that are so dysfunctional that they are unable to function as the gender in which they were born. Abbot actually had to sign a Bill into Law to protect the integrity of Women's sports. How sad.
