Want to earn some $$

My landlady is now willing to pay a contractor to fix the water issue. I'm thinking this most likely is going to entail digging a small Trench in front of garage doors (2 car garage) and running a drain pipe with it. There's also two drain pipes that have been taken out to the yard and buried but they need to go further. If you have these skills please pm me serious inquiries only please.

I don't know about sewer line but I know that if you've got water running into a trench then you need some place for that water to the run to.I would think you would have to have a drain of some sort. It runs under the garage door from the driveway & she has 2 gutters she wants extended out further.

Sounds like a storm water issue. The garage sits too low. If there is ground lower than the garage, you can drain it by gravity. If you don't, a pump and pit is the answer. Originally Posted by TailHooked

The answer would be someone qualified come look at it. From what I can figure out it's going to need a trench put in front of the doors but I'm not qualified to really say. It would be great if it were something simple as running gutters out.
