I made my way up the stair too. However the door never opened after knocking and there was no exit from the stair well. My situational awareness was telling me to leave. I’m not going back!

It could have just been she's the only one there, it was late, and she wasn't taking any more customers because the one she was finishing was done at 10 PM. I know, someone knocked while I was on the table and Linda ignored it.

In fact, she took one call and told them tomorrow. Someone came to the door and she said the same thing to them. A second knock at the door came, and she ignored it. Then as we started getting down to business, she left and turned off the open sign.

And often there are people in there from the other areas of the building making it awkward. Even the parking lot has people sometimes.
