Whenever I'm in chat and someone sends me a pm, I get a message that says "so and so is trying to send you a pm, but you are not allowing pm's..." Is there a setting I can change to get rid of this message and just allow all pm's to come through?

Try going to your user CP in the main menu button. Go to edit options, then messaging and notifications. Then enable private messaging.

That works for PMs, but not in chat. I can click on the notification in chat PM and then that person will not generate a pop up asking permisinon but all others I have not specificly OKed still generat the notification pop up in chat
