Text Copied

In the past other women have copied the text from my Eros ad. Not a big deal. The women were from Backpage and I wasn't being hurt by it. Today I came accross my text on a website. Now it bothers me. Even though I don't have any type of copyright, can I still ask her to take it off of her website?
Even though that's a really shitty thing for her to do - I don't think you can make her take her it off. You can suggest it and see what she does but that's about it.

Sorry to plagerize but it was so well written and I'm lazy as well LOL

Just kidding, From what Ive heard from other girls here, when they did ask the girl was often rude and and refused to do so, If you did ask I would ask politely at first and see how that works.
I had a similar issue. Another provider had taken an entire page (!) from my site and put it on her P411 page. I asked her twice to remove it and received no response. So I started a public shaming thread and after about 2 days she took it down.

Theft is theft. If she was stealing your pictures, that is your body. If she steals your writing, that is your mind.
Probably easier to pretend to be a guy and write bad fake reviews of the gal and post them. And then do it again and again under different screen names. Kind of giving her her just deserts.

Ads is fair game so to speak but if it was copied off your website thats copyright infringement.

When my site was up it happened all the time. My favorite was a girl who copied my copyright notice word for word including the name of my attorney's firm.It is a shame, but unless you want to spend some money there is not much you can do.

that's pretty brazen copying the lawyers name Katy, wow!!
Thanks for all the comments. I sent her a nice email, so we'll see what happens. I guess today is the day to be a 'copy cat'. A friend from Fl called complaining her text had been stolen too. It wasn't her ad, but from her website. Things happen in 3's, I wonder who's next?
Maybe it's 4s. Happens every Leap Day.

[Interesting piece of trivia from today: the Election Year that was not also a leap year: 1900. If it's divisible by 100, then it's not a leap year, except those divisible by 400.]
I hope you were able to get through to her. Clients are not stupid they know who said what, and who said it first. We all know it can be a bad sign as far as her character is concerned. At the very least it is simply in poor etiquette to steal what another put her hard work, and effort in to.
