Feel stupid asking this, but...

I'm sure it's obvious, but I'm just not seeing it. I would like to see the Chicagoland community take a much more active role in ECCIE, a la Dallas. To do my part, I would like to post a review, but I can't figure out how. ?? Does the girl have to have a profile? Can I review a provider, and the agency, without an existing link to her/them?
