SAFE to be in?
Any info would help

Airport, Downtown, chesterfield Valley, Central West End, near Clayton or Forest Park. Avoid Westport area.
i am driving through on my move back east and planning on stopping for two nights. i was told that near the arch is a great area to stay and to play.

The airport area is safe and convenient to most of the St. Louis area. There is a lot of highway construction downtown at this time so that could be a problem but otherwise it is also good.

Hazelwood was a real hot area in the last couple of years, there was an issue at one of the extended stays. I don't think it is safe still, both the O'Fallon's are nice areas but not close as stated.
