Preference or Discrimination?!?

Why do so many providers refuse to see black men? I KNOW it's their body therefor it's their choice, but when I run across ad after ad on other provider sites the state in HUGE bold letters NO AA MEN...NO BLK MEN...etc. And this even includes BLACK PROVIDERS!!! It's kinda f*cked up if you ask me. Can someone shed some light on this for me?
