Couldn't resist passing on this little tid-bit of English culture to my mates across the pond http://www.thechapolympiad.com/! I didn't have tickets to enter, but enjoyed a great view through the gates of the square. Next year, for sure!

Ah Lady Preston, what a wonderful representation of Jolly Old England. 
I loved some of the costumes and of course, the Chappettes. Looks like it would have been a grand time.

It is most enjoyable to get a culture and refinement refresher course, especially while on ECCIE. Bit of a contrast, I'd say.

Hopefully we'll see some of those folks at the 2012 London Summer Olympics. Surely the organizers will be able to find an appropriate competition and venue for them.
