Review verification

I recently posted a review in the independent thread that I believe still needs to be checked. Could someone do this when they have the time? Thanks for your help!

Looks like you copy & pasted the review form instead of clicking on the new review button in the review forum. They can't give you credit if you don't use the form.

gainfish...I have locked that thread scone no one has posted to it. Now, if you will redo the review using the Review Button I will be able to give you PA credit and be able to assign the review to the provider as well. That's why you must use the button.
