After submitting the review:
Hit the edit button> add attachment>then click the attachment button on where in the review you want the pic at.
If all else fails you can contact the staff to add it for you.

I just use the [IMG] tag in ROS.
It's [ IMG]http://link.to.picture.jpg[ /IMG] without the spaces in the tag.
