Sounds like they were soliciting streetwalkers to me. If the neighborhood was complaining about the "traffic" then those guys weren't exactly the sharpest tools in the shed.

I saw a TV news special on this. Its a name and shame approach focusing on guys who pick up street prostitutes.

Yikes! Scary shit! I can see where it can be a problem, the person is automatically painted guilty before having their day in court.

Well, I guess they didn't follow the advice of their own study. A few years ago I read SF did a study and decided they would save (I think) estimated $2M/yr by ignoring prostitution.

I remember a previous post about this sort of thing a while back. So much for "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law". Of course, that would have to mean that The Constitution still meant something in this country whose elected officials and bureaucrats trample on it every day.

They have been doing that sort of thing for over ten years in the KC area. Back then it was run on tv and the fucktards were chasing streetwalkers. As far as constitutional issues, they got around it by using the public records laws. If its part of its a public record its fair game.
Don't try to get your dick sucked on a street corner in San Jose. Seems simple enough for me.
