I keep getting reviews that don't belong to me. How do I make it stop? And another thing, how can I know if my reviews are being sent to someone else? If so, how do I redirect them to my review link?
Thanks!

Please take note: The attachment of reviews to any provider's profile is NOT an automatic process. It's done manually by our moderating staff as reviews are written, and therefore could take up to several days before a review appears in a provider's profile tab.

Also please take note that since it's a manual process which may often require some research to identify the proper provider's profile for attachment, mistakes can and will take place….but fortunately we have designed in a very simple-to-use interface for correcting such mistakes when they happen, and we will do so as promptly as possible in every case.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM: Whether you are a hobbyist or a provider, you may encounter a problem with a review listed in a custom profile (non-member) or ECCIE Reviews tab (member) When you find an issue, simply click the "Report" button located in the Report a Problem column at the right of any review. Give some details about the problem you found and submit your report. When you do so, this will alert ECCIE staff to a mis-assigned review or some other problem which needs attention, and action can then be taken as soon as someone is on hand to address the matter.

For the greatest chance of accuracy and precision with the review listings and assignments, we ask for your help. As a team, membership and staff can work hand-in-hand to keep the custom profiles as organized and accurate as possible. You have my fullest assurance that we will react quickly to reported problems.
As far as telling who a certain review was assigned to...on the actual review page, near the bottom, it will tell you the handle that that particular review is assigned to.
