How does the reference process work? I asked a recent provider who didn't know how post one for me. I'm clueless. Can I please get help?

ECCIE doesn't handle references. That is for you to provide info to the lady you want to see.

P411 has an "ok" process which is what you may be thinking of.

OK I'm new at this but it seems to me that if you post a review on one of the providers and they positive reply isn't that as good as a reference?
