Go to the front main page of the site. Scroll down...keep scrolling....In the indvidual cities/states forum you will find one labeled Kansas City Metro and Kansas

Near the top of this page you will see two blue buttons "New Thread" and "New Review"

Click on "New Review" and an entire template pops up. Just fill in the blanks...all of them.
