Hello. I'm an attorney in Dallas, Texas. I'm doing pro bono work on behalf of a former provider who was arrested and charged in Cobb County, Georgia, then skedaddled back to Texas before there was a disposition of her cases.
The DA has made what appears to be a reasonably good plea bargain offer and I've read the Georgia expunction statute (O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37(d)), but I still have a few questions.
