Dreams or jaguars

Anyone give me any info on these two places. I come to el paso to visit family. Usually go to the cab or rp. But maybe a venture to something different. Any info please let me know

Dreams is a bit expensive but, you can get lucky, usually the best days are Thur/Fri... Sat gets busy and Sun is hit or miss.
