Have they restricted encounter reports on Oklahoma providers

I was looking at a provider who is from Oklahoma who is in Arkansas. I clicked on her reviews. I got message that I don't have permission from the so and so. Is this because of the recent ruling about Oklahoma's new law.

Yes, I saw a thread on the National Board about that. Some of the OK guys were wondering if they were going to get a partial refund of Premium Access, but they figured probably not.
