My phone was shut off on my way here because I was waiting to pay it until I got here of course they couldn't wait an extra hour so they shut off my phone I paid them when I hit here and was able to put money on a card and they said my phone will be on in an hour and of course it's not!!! it will be on tomorrow for sure I left them a message probably not the nicest one so if anybody's trying to text me or call please just send me a PM my phone is not working right now shittiest phone service ever!!!!

Credit cards or even paid debit cards is your friend! You can pay your bill from your phone from anywhere you have a connection, it won't make a lick a difference where you happen to be at the time.

I have a prepaid card the problem is is supposably says I'm roaming when they turned my phone back on for some reason it's taking longer or what-have-you I don't know but they supposedly need the IT department to work lead the IT department to work on it or something I don't know but it's a real f****** pain in my ass. They said my phone's turned on but on my side it's not so they send another engineer ticket or some type of ticket I have no idea I know that I've been in Texas before and my phone was shut off for a quick minute I paid it and my s*** was working within 5 minutes and now it's not I'm pissed off

They're trying to get ahold of T-Mobile since that's the roaming partner and going to get it figured out all I know is it better be figured out within the next couple hours I'm going to have some issues
