Info for Panama City, Panama

Gentlemen, headed to Panama soon. Can anyone give a little advice on what section of town (Casco Viejo or downtown??) is best for the hobby for the nicer ladies - prefer the 35 to 40 yr old crowd if possible. Also, I figure around $100 p/hr, maybe $250 overnite....correct? Mucho Gracias
