Unlike Heath Ledger, you could see this coming.

Your supposition/title MAY prove to be correct but nowhere in the article does it say overdose.

"Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained."
I just read on Huntington that it was an overdose, but the autopsy will be performed tomorrow.

Sad, I loved her music. Well maybe now she is at peace.

oops---sorry I changed title!

she was an awesome singer!
So she finally found out how much booze and dope she could consume before she assumed room temperature.

It's a shame. Like many great Artist before Her, getting old, (or just older), was never in the cards.

I guess she can "jam with Janice" now, or maybe they can do a threesome with Jim Morrison.
Her life was a sad car wreck....but Winehouse was a hack talent that was copying the great voices and style of earlier crooners......no loss to the music world here !

That IS sad news. I've never heard any of her music but no one deserves to die that early.

Tragic indeed........

If Amy Winehouse's gravestone doesn't have the quote, "Tried to make me go to rehab...", somebody should add it.
Surprise, surprise....she shouldnt have said "Noo, noo, noo!" This was one anyone could have seen coming. Sad that "friends" don't or can't jump in and help.

She Joined the 27 club of rock and Roll.....Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix,Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, .... and the list goes on to over 45 Musicians.... all way to young to even know about life.....So Sad
