I know nothing of the riftraft motels that KC has to offer. I only know of high end HOtels. While touring last summer in Denver, I was unable to find a place due to a microsoft convention. Brooke found the only place in town with a room. A Days Inn at 6th and Federal.....comparable to he Capri off Ind. ave.

I pulled in driving a 2012 pearl white caddy with my pure breed miniature dog in tow. People were sittng in lawnchairs drinking beer outside of their room/home. The kicker was when I was trying to jimmy the door open, I glanced to my right to see that there was an african american midget living in the room next door...with two more looking through the glass window. Nothing against AA midgets...it just put the icing on the cake. Even my dog was looking at me like WTF?

I never unpacked a bag...gathered my thoughts, cancelled out my day and keep it as a hilarious memory. If LE would have seen me there I would have had a lot of explaining to do! I did not stay there, needless to say. I had friends. You have to chalk those things up t the game nd appreciate the entertainment value. I have some great stories!
