Been with Eccie for over 2 years just now accessing account please help

I have plenty of Eccie reviews under my number from over 2 years ago I’m having trouble posting ads keeps saying I need to verify my account I’m not sure how I’m not verified yet 😔

You cannot post ads until you are verified. You are not verified because you evidently have not completed the steps to become verified.
