Backpage outside the US

I am heading overseas soon and was going to check out backpage for activity in Korea and when I select Korea it brings up US states and cities. It appears I can't get to any foreign sites. Is this my internet provider or do other people see the same result? thanks.

Canada also seems locked out for view in USofA.
not sure if US protecting us from...
or BP protecting self
anyways
Prob is temporarily solved. Got a proxy app. But it's not free forever. Originally Posted by SteveDaFalls

So I downloaded Tor browser and using it allows me to pull up international backpage. fyi.

Thanks for the pointer.
Does the Tor brouser cause problems with other PC brousers ?

It shouldn't, I've run 3 and 4 different browsers at once and had no issues.

But I suppose it could depending on what you're doing.
I've not had any problems. Yet.
I use a vpn when I am outside the country and there are international forums I really dont use BP outside the country... Whatsapp is another good tool!
Be safe

never knew they would block it. but it makes sense if they want to block out spammers and scammers.

hopefully this means no more Nigerian scammers trying to screw over Americans
I had this same problem maybe starting last week with the UK. Asia worked, Ireland worked, But clicking on the UK would send me back to the US. As of yesterday, I can't even pull up any territories besides the US

What about the websites like http://www.internationalsexguide.Com and http://mongernetwork.com ?
Both websites are like ECCIE but just for mongers who travel.
Here's another link I discovered that works.

http://www.unblockaccess.com/to/backpage.com/

It's slower than tor and won't run clips, but works.
