best site to use to find a mug shot

So last night I tried helping out a woman in need. This is partly my fault because I chose to help her. Anyways she stole money but left some stuff behind. She told she does use BP at times. So I was wondering what are the sites to find mugshots and arrest records?

I will still help anyone in need, but obviously hide my money better.

This is for Texas, but you need a name. This one is pay, but there is a free service that just looks at sex offenders.

I have a name. At least in that part she wasn't all that bright

Also is there a way to search BP better? Such as height, eye color, ect?

If you have her name, number or email run it through the search on fb. As for mugshots etc. Use Vine.

If she was arrested or has a warrant in Travis County you can use this:

Google searches with BP and FB in various combinations with name and other info can turn up useful stuff too. It takes some time and a little innovation as well as info, but its amazing what you can find.
