Pros : if you honor the constitution and want less government involved in your life we are the party of the people. If you believe in gun rights for law abiding Citizens and protections an unborns life we are the right choice.

Cons: you will be joining the party of assholes like dalilama, lustlad, I B hankering, Rey Leguna, Bambino and CuteOldguy that in itself would make the average person run the opposite direction.

1. You will have better networking opportunities. More successful businessmen are Republicans, so you'll stand a better chance of meeting potential employers and customers if you hang with elephants.

2. Given that you are multicultural you will be considered exotic among Republican women and thus will snag more poontang. To a Democrat chic you're just another Cablanasian. (However, see #5 below.)

3. You can be content knowing that you support the party whose economic policies in the long term result in more growth and more prosperity for more people. 6. You don't have to live a double life if you're gay or if your girlfriend gets an abortion. These are things that you might want to hide from your Republican friends, while Democrats likely will be more accepting.

I will play the game and give you the only thing that would make sense.

Pro: Change it from within much like the communists and socialists did with the Democrat party and push libertarian ideals.

Cons: Like the Democrat party there are too many in it that just vote the party with no clue what is really going on in this nation much less the world.

The Republican party is so fractured with way too many factions that refuse to compromise within their own party. If they would ever learn how to embrace the differences within their own party they could defeat the Democrats in every election but those that are set up for the Democrats.
