Pics of kids

Are pictures of children allowed on any adult site?

I think they are cute, but I don't think it's cute on an adult site, no matter what the content.

Thanks,
PR

I asked SP Hunter a few months ago about the rules here and he said they're pretty much the same as aspd but you should wait for him to give you an answer

This is the post with the pick that concerns me;
[ame="http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=4227"]Think this about sums it up!! - ECCIE - Your source for escort reviews[/ame].

Though it is cute, I don't think it belongs on an adult site. Maybe it's because I'm a mom.

I also don't want to see anything posted that shouldn't be. I like this site very much.

Folks,

I pulled the post for staff discussion...

LAP made the right call. Not a bad pic, but not what I'd call appropriate for an adult-natured site.

Thanks gentleman.

I thought is was adorable, most pics with kids are, but just not here.

I hope everyone, even the poster of the pic, understands I wasn't trying to be a prude, just want to keep this great site "clean" and safe.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!!!

I seemed to have missed it, I've seen that pic in email, just not right for this board.

the best answer in this area is NO pics of kids. That way you do not need to worry about the wrong judgement call. Take my word for this. The WRONG picture will cause you more problems than you even want to think about, and they have no business on an adult oriented site.

Jedin8 is absolutely right. I once handled a custody case in which the mother (I am thankful she was not my client) had allowed her child to model for a "child model" site which had fully clothed children on it... but in positions, and with facial expresions, that were definitely not cute or adorable, more like adult "cheesecake" photos. When I handled that case, I raised the point that some federal courts have found that photos of fully dressed children can be considered to be sexual in nature when placed in certain contexts. The local judge made a specific finding, because of my comments, that the pictures were per se child pornography.

Even though sites such as this are obviously exchanges between consenting adults who are interested in other consenting adults, and even though an improper interest in children tends to be a primary sexual orientation (in other words, a pedophile isn't normally interested in a site like this), there's never a good reason to take chances. LE aren't psychologists, they're out to stamp out CP -- so there's no good reason to create any confusion for them. (Or, yeah, for the ex, or more specifically, for her lawyer.)

My wife and I belong to a swingers website and as life time members we have the ability to approve photos. The rule we have if even in a photo that is hanging on the wall there is a child, or if a photo is taken at the beach and there is a child in the background the photo is rejected to be published on the web site. I think it is important to err on the side of safety in these matters!
well known provider and on her back was a huge tattoo [which had been airbrushed out of her pics ] when i asked what is was she explained it was her 2 kids. Doing her doggie and looking at these kids was not only a turnoff but really made me feel dirty. While beautiful girl turnd a good session into a terrible one.
