Need Help Removing Virus

Apparently I visited one of those fucking sites that got Malware, Spyware, SpamBots and all other kinds of shit and now my 'puter is infected with it and my current virus definitions didn't work on removing them.....Anyone know where I can download a "FREE anti-virus program that can get rid of this shit (yeah, I'm a cheap bastard).....ARGH ! ! ! ! !

Thanks.....It looks like Avast and Malwarebytes is what the kid that fixed it for me used.....Next time I'll have to use protection when I go surfing.....lol

Malwarebytes free version is what IT services at my work uses, and they swear by it. I use it to scan my home desktop and laptop regularly.

Avast is free for home use; that's what I use on my home desktop. It's nipped several nasties in the bud over the 7 or so years I've been using it. It's a good program.
