I assume they volunteer their time and dont get paid....or do they ? thats why I put up the appreciation thing..hmmmmmmm can u imagine the time invested in watching a bunch of ppl to see if they are in line with the rules and regulations and its done on a volunteer bases...I WOULD GET BURNED OUT....pull my hair out....
