Hotel Jaco

Anyone stayed there recently? Still Tica friendly? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I just left there Monday after a week stay. Still chica friendly. Outstanding friendly service. Rooms are very nice and excellent maid service. I think the restaurant is great also. Try the shrimp over pasta with Caribbean sauce. If you have any questions pm me. This was my third stay there.

Texxan52, thanks for the heads up. I keep hearing Jaco is now so superior to other parts of Costa that you should only go there to maximize your results and enjoyment. Do you concur ?
Any other tips you care to share ?

I really haven't been to anywhere else in Costa Rica other than one night at the sportsmens lodge so I can't really speak to that. I enjoyed the spots mens lodge. Costaricaticas has some good info on it. there is a great golf course just 10 minutes from Hotel Jaco if you are a golfer.
