I was considering trying them out. Aside from one place I can't find any info or advertising or anything. I am just cautious.

You're not using Google enough.

I have used AME once and was very pleased; they have great feedback on TER and bring good talent... My suggestion is to contact them and get screened, I don't think you will be disappointed.
