Rules for posts

Where can I find the rules for encounter posts?

i.e. What can be stated in ROS vs non-ROS

The rules are the same as before BUT you can only state rates in the ROS section.

I don't even know what the rules were before lol

I've had some folks PM me for a dancers name from one of my encounter posts. Not sure if I can post the name or even if it's safe to PM it.
