MasterCard and Visa cease to do business with Backpage as of today

It was in USA Today and all the girls can't post anymore unless they use bitcoin.

So all your backpage girls are going to have to find new avenues to advertise unless something changes.

Just wanted to say yes the girls can post on BP still for free.. Only one ad a day and you have to wait to move it up if you want to move it up sooner you have to have a bitcoin account.

If Eccie Guys would ante up and support Eccie Girls more; bp wouldn't exist in some regions and vice versa. They have nearly 400usd of mine and giving free ads...ughhh...

I mainly use BP for a location announcement while on tour, because Eccie limits the amount of ads you can run weekly & my arrival dates change unexpectedly sometimes...

Lol the article said backpage was making 9 million dollars a month off of girls posting alone..it blew my mind how much they were making.

I am still kinda confused about this whole thing because I just used my credit card on bp to buy credits from them so if these card companies have quit doing business with bp then why can I still use my card on their to buy credits then use those credits to post my ad.
