Where to stay jackson and Biloxi?
Hello
i will be visiting for the first time Jackson and Biloxi and looking for recommendations of best/safe convenient areas to stay?
Thanks in advance

Lovely Lady:
For the Jackson area, the best source of information is Lea Madisson - she is in that area and is a Lady Moderator on ECCIE. I'm sure she will be very helpful. She can also give you some advice about the Coast.
On the Coast, the casinos are nice, although be careful of the ones that require a key card for the elevator - I know the Palace does. Not sure about others. There are also a variety of hotels along US-90 (Beach Blvd). The corporate ones are OK - avoid the smaller ones, they are usually dumps. There are a number of hotels on US-49 in Gulfport, as well as a few dumps. There are two nice hotels near the airport in Gulfport. One other I can think of is in D'Iberville near the mall off I-10. Wish I could remember the names of the hotels, but there are just too many of them.
Hope you enjoy your visit.

In the Jackson area, I always stay in Flowood which is east of Jackson, but still fairly close. The hotels/motels are mostly new.
Hi

The Beau, Hard Rock and Golden Nugget casinos are nice and lots of people around.
If you want somewhere less busy the Four Points on the beach next to I-110 is a nice place close to most things and maybe more discreet.

the nicer Casino's are the I.P. or the Beau none of which require an elevator key.
