"Pretty damn safe for a man to hav[e] oral sex without a condom." Do you mean it's safe for a man to DATY? The way it's stated, you make it sound like he's doing DATY while he's not wearing a condom. Or do you mean that it's safe for the woman to do a BBBJ? Or that it's less safe for a woman to do a BBBJ than for a man to DATY?

As far as oral sex goes, your mouth is a veritable cesspool of germs, but saliva and the fact that it drains into acid (in your stomach) makes the transport of germs and pathogens very low risk. Blood-borne pathogens are always risky, but you can catch the same sort of thing through kissing someone else who was bleeding in their mouth.
