Condoms are not 100%. It is definitely a gamble. Yes you can get stuff from BBBJ.

Hi. Welcome to ECCIE! With anything, life is a gamble. But it's less of a gamble if you use condoms AND lubrication when playing anally. Lube is important because you don't wish for the condom to break because of the friction.

Also, it's more pleasant for your partner.

You can always request a condom be used if that makes you more comfortable.
