And with that, I have some good new for me.
I have a long time friend that bought a Motel in Kansas (An hour away from Wichita) that he asked me to manage for him.
Right now he is getting it up to par. Electric and water lines fixed.
He said it should be ready by March.
I will be living in the back of the office in a large apartment.
I will get free rent and utilities plus a paycheck.
Knock on wood that I didn't jinks myself by telling you all.
And with that, I have some good new for me.
