Here is a novel idea ... how about getting some help from the dude that knocked you up? Maybe your family?
There is nothing wrong with continuing to work while expecting, regardless if you work in an office or entertain men for an hour at a time, but your post seeking some extra help just cuz you got yourself knocked up is tacky and prideless.
This is not a help board or some Christian pregnancy helpline. And with that being said, I suggest you google those if you are indeed in need of some help with your pregnancy.
